After about a 2 hours start pumping the pump while still submerged to unclog empty soap reservoir and add new fresh soap to dispenser install pump and give it a try.
When the sink soap dispenser is full but does not release any soap when the trigger of the pump is pressed the problem may lie with the tube that gathers the soap.
